- Subscription Services: If you wish to cancel your subscription to our analysis reports or other recurring services, please inform us at least 1 days before the renewal date. Cancellations made after this period may result in the subscription being renewed for the next cycle.
Refund Policy:
We aim to provide high-quality services and valuable insights to our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund options:
- Consultation Services: If you cancel your consultation at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
- Subscription Services: If you cancel your subscription within 1 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you may be eligible for a full refund. After this period, refunds will not be provided.
- Refunds for Other Services: Refunds for other services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the service and the reason for the refund request.
Requesting a Refund:

Note: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
